Templating enhacements
We have been busy extending the Syndicate features in the past few weeks. One of the more significant updates we have been working on was extending the templating system with new features.
The most common requirement of our Syndicate clients was to have multiple content areas available in the template and we are happy to tell you that now you can have up to 5 independent content areas within each template.
In addition to multiple content areas we have also extended the support for template datasources. Now you can use your custom XML to load data into your template! No more limitations of RSS - simply use the data from your XML, address them thru the structure or even use loops to process and manipulate multiple XML records.
