Mailkit 2.9.10 changelog
In the last update, we focused on Google BigQuery integration. We have speeded up data upload and added notifications.
As part of the latest update to our platform, we made adjustments to the data outputs that we upload you as part of the integration with Google BigQuery. After these adjustments, data is uploaded faster.
As is standard with these changes, new datasets have been created (they have "r4" at the end of their names).
If you want to maintain data continuity (still have all the data in one place), you will need to merge the data in the tables, ideally transfer the original data to new tables, because new data will flow into them.
In order for everything to run smoothly, you need to have the necessary permissions set in your Google BigQuery user accounts. Permissions to create datasets (bigquery.datasets.create) and tables (bigquery.tables.create) are required.
Newly, you will also find values for ID_user_list in the data (originally, the value "0" was always passed for email campaigns).
As part of the update, we also added 2 new notifications:
- permanent integration error (e.g. insufficient permissions) → a notification will be displayed in your account and the integration will be deactivated,
- temporary integration error (e.g. error when uploading data) → a notification will be displayed with a description of the error that occurred. These temporary errors usually only cause delays in data transmission and do not have major consequences.
